Dragonfly UK have been working with People’s Postcode Lottery since they launched in the UK in 2012 supporting them to grow to over 4 million players. Dragonfly support their customer retention programme with programmatically driven printed collateral distributed to customers each day.

Customer registers on PPL website or joins via call centre
• Data programmatically pushed to Dragonfly server
• Receipt of data with refined secure verification process
• Automated Welcome Pack production – personalised membership card and pack with barcode matching
• Customers receive pack within 24 hours of registration
• Automated Birthday card programme based on data received
